The Four Chord Progression You Really Need To Know!
The Four Chord Progression
Do you know the four chord progression that is used in countless songs, from Blue Moon to He’s Everything To Me to Heart & Soul and a zillion others? You should, because it’s easy to learn. It is composed of the I chord, the vi chord, the ii chord, and the V chord. Usually the vi, ii and V chords contain a 7th, so it would look like this: I, iv7, ii7, V7. In the key of C that would translate to C, Am7, Dm7 and G7.
